We started the day looking around the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum which was very comprehensive. Then we went to the SoCo district of Austin, but for the first time we were thwarted by the weather so we pretty quickly returned to the hotel to relax for the afternoon.

Will left us around 4 o’clock, and as the weather had lightened up, Annika and I walked across to Lamar Blvd for a relaxed dinner.
